Four chalets

The four individual executive villas of 123 Torreguil have built areas of between 250 and 550 square metres. This is sufficient space for the largest family, and for all their spare time activities.

Each chalet has four levels, with entrances to double garages at the lowest level. From here, we can rise through each floor with terraces, through the bedroom areas, until we reach the upper floors of the house where the living areas are situated, with double height spaces and large windows orientated towards the magnificent views over the city.

There are areas that can serve as a gymnasium, or for your own home cinema, or simply as a playroom for the kids. The bedrooms are large, and three of the chalets have a guest house, separate from the main house, and itself distributed over two stories.
